Top 5 Exercises that you can do while working from home (Stress-buster) 

 

In the wake of the pandemic, many people were forced to start working from home and for many of us this meant adjusting to the new normal lifestyle. Building new routines can be challenging and trying new activities indoors such as working out from home can be a new territory for you. With many gyms being closed worldwide and strict health and safety measures in place, keeping fit while exercising at home can be a really great thing. For one it boosts your mental health as well as your immune system, and it has become clear to us in recent time that we need to prioritise our health more.

It might sound odd but for some of us working at home having deadlines to meet, we often forget to take a few minutes to just stand up from our desk and stretch. Setting some time aside at the start of the day after you have just woken up is a great mental and physical health booster. It will also set the tone of the rest of your day and keep you feeling refreshed and motivated. A good idea is to put on your workout clothes when you wake up.
