The financial sector firm, Nucleus Software Exports, is planned to hire almost 500 freshers from the smaller engineering colleges of India. This is to be happened by the end of 2021. The main aim of Nucleus Software Exports is to provide equal opportunities for those freshers from tier II and tier III cities of India who are being continuously being ignored in the recruitment processes. They have been facing struggles with continuous rejection even if they are good at their skills. So, this hiring process gives complete motivation to the students who are willing to study engineering courses from those cities and come up in life.

The hiring undergoes a 6-to-12-week training program which is to be conducted under the Nucleus School of Banking Technology (NSBT). This includes the relevant technologies needed for the international financial sector. Along with the direct recruitment the company ties up with different engineering colleges of various Indian cities and towns. The cities or towns are mostly Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan. Around 50 colleges are already tied up now and looking for 20 more colleges in the coming days.

The company is good enough with a spectacular working environment which is proved by many Nucleates now. Almost 300 employees (Nucleates) have spent a decade in the company and still continuing. In total, the company has 2000 workforces and every year nearly 200 graduates are placed there too. This makes up fresh voices in the company and thereby providing opportunities to be confident with their talents.
