Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager with experience in supervisory position. The position is responsible for leading their store and its crew members to the path of business success, ranging from hospitality and service to the quality of products, operation, and profitability.

Essential Functions

Set a financial roadmap and drive the team to achieve its goals
Maintain operating cost and expenditures in relationship to the authorized budget
Be responsible for Food Safety
Be responsible for safe working conditions by establishing procedures .and techniques to avoid injuries, including normal accident prevention measures and emergency procedures.
Train, develop and hold the team accountable for the proper execution of the operations.
Perform the duties of a Manager while being flexible to work in every position following the operation’s standards.
