Department  -  Insurance ServicesIndustry: InsurTechTechnology Director: is in charge of all
infrastructure, network, applications, and security projects and operations. A Technology
Director needs to have experience with IT Infrastructure planning/operation,
network administration, and system security. IT Director Job Responsibilities:·       
Developing and
implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the company.·       
Responsible for
overseeing all the IT operations including staff and infrastructure.·       
Manage
departmental finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reports.·       
Evaluate and
process MS Dynamics ERP for the company.·       
Oversee the
acquisition, installation, upgrade, and management of the company’s networks,
systems, and applications.·       
Validate
purchase requirements of hardware, software, and any other IT peripherals, and
provide approvals, wherever required.·       
Lead the
selection and management of vendors, and third-party service providers to meet
the IT needs in line with the company’s approved policies and procedures.·       
Work closely
with software vendors to develop needed products for the company·       
Developing and
implementing a full compliance roadmap for SAMA cyber security & IT
governance framework.Required Qualifications:·       
Previous
experience with SAMA-regulated company.·       
Extensive
experience in IT Operations.·       
Quick learner
and attitude to learn new technology and tools·       
Collaborate
with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and
deployment processes.
