Position Overview :We are looking for frontend developers who are motivated to combine the art of design with the art of
programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user
interactions. Senior Frontend Developer will work with back-end web developers to build all client-side logic
and will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an
active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.
As a senior developer, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have
excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software
development and agile methodologies.Your goal will be to develop high-quality software, stunning user experience, that is aligned with user needs
and business goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Follow the UIX/UX best practices.
• Follow security best practices of frontend.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modifying/maintaining
• complex existing applications
• Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk
• analysis, and software reliability analysis
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
• Review and debug of your code.
• Perform code review of other team members.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting Qualifications:
• 4+ years’ experience in web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Full-stack web development experience
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals such as
prototype inheritance, composition, CommonJS/AMD module systems using RequireJS
• Experience with a responsive design on desktop and mobile
• Experience with other JS libraries like React, jQuery, ExtJS, Backbone.js, Angular.js, Node.js and other
frameworks
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt, Gulp.js, and Bower
• CSS compiler knowledge (E.g., Sass, LESS)
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Able to analyze and debug complex critical issues and help the team to resolve within accepted
turnaround time
