Job Description
We
have a requirement for Saudi Sales Manager with IT Staffing sales experience.
We are looking only for Arabic speaking candidates, any nationality, preferably
Males.This
individual will be a Sales Leader (BDM), focused on IT Staffing sales.
Working closely with the sales team in Dubai, the individual must understand
the many product offerings of Oracle, which include, but are not limited to:
Oracle CX Cloud
Siebel CRM
Microsoft solutions
SAP Success Factors
Mobility
Business Intelligence
Background
of the Business Development Manager with Technical knowledge· Previous
experience working within a technical pre-sales/ sales position.· Must
have experience of working in newer technologies like cloud/block chain/IOT/RPA
· Must
have working experience on CRM/ERP/SCM/HCM etc· Minimum
5+ years of experience in similar position· An
ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way
that is easy to understand.· Must
have past experience in companies such as Evosys, Transys, Smartcx and InnovacxOrganizational
Alignment· The
BDM directly reports to the Regional Director. · Works
closely and collaboratively with the sales and account teams supported. The
success of a BDM will be contingent on having:· Strong
solution sales skills· Knowledge
of Oracle Cloud, Microsoft, Mobility, BI, and SAP success factors· Ability
to smoothly transition the client from the sales to the implementation team Responsibilities
include:
Prospecting and
developing new clients to expand and maintain an extensive pipeline of
qualified new client opportunities
Achieving annual sales
goals and market penetration targets
Partnering with internal
leaders to introduce Speridian’s solutions to clients
Understanding the solution and giving initial
presentations to the customer
Co-developing client
strategies with Sales and Marketing leadership and other practices
Defining growth
opportunities through industry, client, and competitor analysis
Assuring high levels of
client service and satisfaction
Product
presentation/demonstration
Provide first-line
technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects
Build relationship with
prospects or existing customers
Response to customer
queries/ RFP/RFI’s in the form of proposals, the candidate has to work
closely with the regional team and lead from both technical and commercial
aspect
Meets assigned targets
for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas,
channel, or teams supported.
Provides coaching and
professional development to team- member sales associates in order to
enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales
skills.
Working closely and
collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensuring that the
company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
Replying to customers
following requests for information and proposal requests.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of
the Oracle sales cycle and product offerings
Extensive experience in
selling professional services solutions
Proven ability to build
and sustain long term relationships with clients to drive revenue
Extensive experience in
the development and execution of the sales process to close the business
deal through executive level contacts
Masterful ability at
identifying client issues, setting priorities and providing solutions
based upon Speridian’s offerings
Minimum of 3 years of
experience in sales
Undergraduate Degree
(e.g. BA, BS) from an accredited university. MBA is a plus
