will be providing extensive support and providing technical assistance to
customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need
help completing their daily tasks. Moreover, you will also be troubleshooting
problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers. Key Roles and Responsibilities :·       
Provide
technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to
computer systems, software, and hardware.·       
Ability
to support users in physical location and multiple remote locations.·       
OS
Installation (Windows, MAC OS X, Linux).·       
OS
Servers Installation (Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019).·       
Installation/Troubleshooting
of Printers/Scanners.·       
Provide
suggestions/recommendations of buying/replacing laptops/PCs based on a good
knowledge of brands/vendors & technical specs.·       
Basic
knowledge of virtualization technologies.·       
Microsoft
Office 365 Management & Installation.·       
MS
Outlook Installation & Troubleshooting.·       
MS
Teams Installation & Troubleshooting.·       
Antivirus
Installation & Management using centralized portal.·       
MS
Active Directory/Domain Services, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy Management.·       
Determine
the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.·       
Resolve
technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN),
and other systems.·       
Follow
up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.·       
Ability
to build a knowledge base for known troubles & issues.·       
Ability
to contact multi vendors for troubleshooting or buying laptops /PCs and printers.Required Skills/Abilities:  ·       
knowledge
of operating systems concepts, and experience in working with Microsoft
Windows, Linux and MacOS.·       
Knowledge
of windows server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS …etc.)·       
Awareness
of VMWare·       
Knowledge
of cloud services like Azure, AWS, and Google is a plus·       
Sound
knowledge on SQL is nice to have.·       
Linux
administration·       
Quick
learner and attitude to learn new technology and tools·       
Multi-tasking
and time-management skills, highly self-motivated, able to set priorities.·       
Highly
organized and detail oriented.·       
Outstanding
communication skills and customer service skills·       
Proven
analytical and problem-solving abilitiesRequired work
experience/Qualifications/Certification:   ·       
Bachelor’s
degree of Information Technologies or related field of study.·       
3-6
years of experience.·       
Good
writing & communication skills.·       
Collaborate
with other teams and team members to fix/update or execute specific tasks.·       
Strong
computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.·       
Microsoft
Certified “MCSE or MCSA” is a plus ·       
Working
with cloud environments like AWS or Azure is plus·       
Ability
to provide 24x7 support whenever neededLanguage Skills:?      
Required language(s): English(mandatory) and Arabic(preferred)Preferred industry/Organization/Location:  IT – FinTech/InsurTecKSA-Riyadh
