Job Title Distributor Sales Officer

Job Purpose ? To expand the business of Tile adhesives via distributor network by managing primary and secondary sales and do BTL activities for Demand generation Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas)

Key Performance Indicators Responsibilities: ? Be the single point of contact from the Company for a distributor ? Managing and Driving the Sales volumes and billing of a distributor in a town ? Manage and grow both the Primary and Secondary Volumes at a distributor by intensive on-field marketing at retailers. ? Conduct Contractor-Mason activities at Tile Shops, Cement Stores and Hardware Stores ? Handling and expanding the customer set of distributors ? Ensuring Payment and collection efficiency from a distributor
Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential : ? 12th Pass, Graduate preferred Previous Experience Essential : Past work experience in sales ?
Desired : Construction Chemicals ? Cement Based Water proofing products for Tiles Functional Competencies ? Spoken English, Excel, reporting Behavioral Competencies ? Negotiation skills, Verbal skill
Note - We need sales experience 6-12 months, from FMCG/Building Materials/Chemicals
