Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing:
o Store business development initiatives by engaging with internal and external stake holders like
architects/interior designers, builders, in store team designers and associates.
o In-store activities like stock management, dealer management, store maintenance etc.
o Managing and driving a team of interior designers and project management associates for developing and
delivering business numbers.
Primary Responsibilitie:
? Business Development: Lead Generation & Site Conversion
o Business development through lead generations and follow ups from
different sources:
? Architects and Interior designers
? Builders
? Bungalows etc
o Coordinate with the AP Homes in store teams and the walk ins for lead
passing, pitching and executing the AP Homes interior designing sites.
o Driving local lead generation initiatives at the city/area level.
o To ensure the regular movement of the AP Homes home furnishing/décor
categories at the interior designing service’s sites.
? Team Management and Integration:
o To lead a team of in-store associates and to drive the city level business
development agendas through them.
o Integration with the in-store designers for ensuring regular lead
generation and end to end execution of the same.
? Design Solutions (AP Homes interior designing service)-
Site Execution:
o Coordination with the relevant stakeholders for ensuring the execution as
per the defined target metrics.
o Management of all the relevant stakeholders like customers, contractors,
vendors, in store AP Homes team.
? Applicator/Vendor channel management:
o To work on the identification and development of applicators/vendors
who will enable the delivery of the AP Homes interior designing service.
o To be responsible for resolving the queries, trainings and ensuring the
availability of the work force with the vendors.
Qualifications:
? Full time graduation with minimum 50% marks.
Previous Experience:
Desired
? At least 2 years of experience in direct end customer sales
? Experience of managing a team size of 5-10 people in the previous roles.
