Job Description

Ideal Candidates are freshers with very strong
communication skills, or new to Collections but have experienced in US bound
voice processes with some experience in Customer Support/Technical Support /
Transfer Agent / Soft selling etc. This batch is not for employees who are
currently working with Collections. Undergraduates can be considered, however
clearing of their basic assessments and V&A rounds are required to get to
Ops round of interviews.
