Position Description


Ideal Candidate is a fresher to the industry, however with hands
on average experience of up to 1 year in US calling or blended background
with Customer Support/Technical Support / Transfer Agent / Soft selling etc. can
also be considered.
 
**Please note that this will be a blended profile and thereby
candidates will have to possess decent typing skills upto 30WPM @ >97%
accuracy as well.
 
The candidate should have excellent verbal (English)
communication skills with the mentioned experience ONLY in US calling
environment or for freshers.






Level Required for Position (i.e., Associate, Senior Associate)


Process Experts (in Associate Band)

training)

Salary : 25k to 30K
