Job Description

This position is for our FMCG client based in India

Business Responsibility Areas:

1. Effectively handling front desk and guiding visitors coming to R & T
2. Interacting with service providers for proper working of Telephone EPABX system, VC,
3. Managing meeting rooms and ensure their upkeep
4. Attendance Management system (Solus)
5. Organizing Admin department meetings, preparation of minutes and ensuring closure of points

6. Managing and controlling Canteen including interactions with caterer, canteen committee
meeting, checking of monthly invoices
7. Car hire service through portal
8. Managing and controlling activities of OHC like medicine stock take, monitoring records
maintained by OHC.
9. Supporting Admin activities like ensuring Turbhe ground rule compliance, Updating intercom,
cubicle list across R & T on regular basis, supporting and organizing meetings and training
sessions at R & T, Supporting organizing Technology Day, Nexpedition Conference, Organizing
Dussehra and Diwali Pooja, Interacting with vendor for lab coat laundry service, Providing
support to DTH – TATA and HDFC ATM service, Tracking and monitoring of document courier
incoming and outgoing , interacting with vendors for GST reconciliation activity, supporting
vendor code creation, PO generation, invoice processing activity.


Key Performance Indicators:
To be well conversant with front desk etiquette, willingness to take on additional administration support
activities and should be go Better


Key Interactions:
Internal –

1. All groups within R & T and employees from other locations visiting R & T
 2. Function / departments at HO – Administration, SSC, corporate finance


External –

1. Visitors coming to R & T
2. Vendors and service providers

10th, 12th
and Graduation percentage should be 50% and above without any gap and a
drop
No Post graduate, Btech
Age less than 26 years
