Education
- Graduate/MBA/Post GraduatePreferences:
He / She will be situated in Delhi or Mumbai where most of the important
customers are situated.
We can also consider a senior profile, who will be having some level of
connections and contacts with our target customers. Preferred that he will be
from our competitors or from Packaging industry.
Worked in the Personal Care or Home Care Industry.
Have worked in roles that involved a Pan India sales territory.
Preferably an MBA from a Top B school with 20-25 years total experience in the
FMCG industry.
Requirements:
? Responsible for customer acquisition, revenue, and growth targets. Own all
performance marketing channels (FB, Google, affiliates, other partners).
? Execute and manage the team with full-funnel digital marketing campaigns
including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and
reporting.
? Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate
data/metrics, insights, and best practices across digital marketing
campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals
(ROI and KPIs)
? Developing and implementing sales strategies for an increase of market share
and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with the Annual Business Plan
(ABP).
? Manage the revenue generation, launching, building, and growing business.
? Manage and deploy sales and commercial budgets within approved levels,
to maximize efficiency.
? Analyze market trends and competitors' activities and formulate strategies in line with business expansion plans.
? Customer networking and communications
? Visit Exhibitions and manage all the exhibition-related activities along with
sales visits to customers
? Find new products and categories to ensure growth and explore new
expansion areas
? Connect with the customers and build the customer network.
? Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
? Strategize on marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly
basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc.
? Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company.
? Manage Channel Spends Tactically and strategically to drive profitable sales
? Responsible for Developing new clients.
? Responsible for handling existing inquiries and giving service to existing
clients.
? Responsible for Business planning.
? Responsible for product development, and brand establishment.
? Responsible for Business growth and analysis-related activities
