Manager –
Transactional HR (Employee Services)
Primary Responsibilities:·       
Responsible
for managing, supervising, facilitating, guiding, monitoring, and controlling
transactional HR and employee services at the organizational level across diversified
businesses and geographical spread. Reporting:
 ·       
Human
Resources Director Specific Responsibilities:
 ·       
Manage Employment
processes - employment contracts, employee confirmation, employee promotions,
transfers, and relocations including fixed term and contractual manpower
employment processes by nature, type, category of employment, and geographical
region.·       
Salary and
Benefits administration including Payroll and Fund management ·       
Payroll
inputs collation and coordination with processing team to reconcile the payroll
output·       
Plan, Administer
and Control Transaction HR activities in coordination with Location HR·       
Bonus
Plan and payouts – fixed and variable component ·       
Oversee
Leave and Attendance Management/Time keeping·       
Employee
separation and dues clearance process·       
Communication,
implementation and control of policy guidelines, procedures and rules
pertaining to employment processes, services and benefits.·       
Coordination
and facilitation for Internal and Statutory audits·       
Execute
and monitor HR audits across locations in coordination with regional and
location HR.·       
Ensure implementation
of statutory compliance of employment processes by nature, type, category of
employment and geographical region as per the advice from Manager-ER ·       
HRIS o  
Accountable
for HR systems administration and management Identify areas of improvement and submit
proposal to the managemento  
Introduce
processes, tools, and systems that optimize the employee experience.o  
Ensure
HRIS Coordinators are fully trained and skilled to perform allocated responsibilities,
keeping them updated on all changes, new products/processeso  
Support
and drive various projects in partnership with the Information Technology
(IT)/Business team, Regional & Global Teamo   Smooth Implementation of new modules and
automation of processes basis management requirement o  
Oversee
HR systems related actions, queries and support.·       
Adopt,
at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and
safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.·       
Comply,
at all times, with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct. Profile:·       
Post Graduate
degree in HRM with minimum 10-12 years of hands on experience in and knowledge
of all aspects of Human Resources Management, including but not limited to employment
and exit processes and policies, salary and benefits, HRIS implementation and
management, HR systems and policies, legislation and compliance etc. Required Skills:·

of service industry, SGS business and structure will be an asset·       
Proficiency
in MS Office·       
Fluent
