Global Product
Manager.
Salary offered will be 22-25 lakhs CTC.
Key Accountabilities:
BUSINESS STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
• Support GH and in the development of business strategy and
implementation.
• Work with the Vertical leaders and their teams to Identify
and pursue new target markets and opportunities identifying key projects and
personnel
• See business opportunities through to delivery through defining
of capabilities and identification of gaps to strive for optimum service
delivery.
• Collaborate with affiliates and TBO to ensure definition
of service Solution and timely preparation of proposals.
RECRUITMENT
• Ensure Central team manage the allocation of job roles and
see through to fulfilment.
• Ensure collaboration between affiliates to ensure maximum
success rate in fulfilment.
• Assist with day to day account management duties with key
clients, build relationships with key contracts and where necessary, specific
managers.
COMMERCIAL TENDER SUPPORT
• To assist in the preparation of fully compliant and
competitive commercial proposals with TBO.
• To assist in providing liaison between new Clients and the
Company and to assist with related financial, contractual & legal issues as
directed by the GH.
• Regular liaison with Clients and operational staff to
ensure contracts are set up.
Performance Agreement
• Fully support the proposal development activities
including liaison with other Country Managers, where necessary, to ensure
timely completion and submission of bid.
• Assist with the collation of costing information for
commercial proposals and run complex formula to ensure cost recovery of all
contractual elements and obtain tax and SS information in the countries of
assignment to ensure compliant payroll.
• Assist with the identification of critical success factors
and development of bid strategy / winning themes / action plan to include in
document
• Full quality check of all documents prepared for
submission.
MARKETING
• Development and delivery of marketing strategies and
campaigns in cooperation with the corporate team and as per agreed TSS strategy
• Work closely with the corporate team and TSS managers to
ensure all plans and material compliment and are aligned with strategy and meet
the requirements
• Regular reporting/ evaluation of communications highlights
and performance to key stakeholders
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES
• Ensure all affiliates are aware and follow TSS standard
Operating procedures via the TSS Handbook and referenced forms and documents.

Application Tracking System
• Global management of recruitment database
• Global# roll out of Hiring Manager Portal
• Management of superuser administration
• Ensure all User Training
• Ensure promotion to all TSS affiliates
• Integrations of 3rd party software e.g. multi job board
searching and posting
• Continually progress the development opportunities of
integrations to ensure continuation of digitalisation strategy

• Raising the profile of TSS through marketing initiatives
and sales.
• Rapidly understand the clients’ working methods to ensure
quickly up and running and able to sell SGS services.

• Numerate with a financial flair to understand payroll,
invoicing and basic costings.

Experience
Essential
• Business Development
• Recruitment of contract and permanent personnel in an
Engineering or similar technical industry.
• Experience of the administration of contracts or similar
technical documents requiring accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience of using basic Excel formulas .
Desirable
• Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry
• Experience of working with clients and using databases
• Experience of working with international clients and
across time zones.
Qualifications
Essential
• GCSEs (or equivalent) A-C grade including Maths &
English

• A Levels, HNC or Degree
• Customer service or administration qualifications.
