Job description:   
1. Work As a Quality Assurance officer. Inspection of FG Material and In-process Material. 
2. Finding Defects in Finished Goods Material and sorting out these defects. 
3. Check client SOP’s and assure that vendors are following processes properly or not, like monitoring of sorting, landing washing chemical, soap followed by drying, checking before packing, Pre dispatch AQL inspection based on sample DCL given in client SOP. 
4. Give training to the employee of the vendor as per client to identify rejection/defect at every process check. 
5. Maintain the quality of the bottle. 6. Prepare PDI (Pre Dispatch Inspection) report.
 7. Prepare Records of vendors like Pest control, Daily reports. 
8. Internal necessary audits as per client requirement.
