Job Title Colour Consultanat Department Reporting to Divisional Retail Executive Grade Off Role Jobs Reporting Into Senior Designer Location/Unit Based out of dealer shop in _______ location / City Role DescriptionJob Purpose? Provide professional consultation to customers through various available finish and color options, and help them choose the best; inline with the décor of their homes. Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators 
Main Responsibilities: 
Understand the customer space and requirements and provide the complete solution for colours, designs and décor incorporating existing features of their homesWork with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home décor makeover.Consult customers by creating a stress free and enjoyable experience for décor selection. Upgrade the customers to better & high quality product ? Consult the customers for complete basket of solutions and products for best results ? Consult the customers for the complete painting and décor solutions through on time painting service available at the store ? Actively take on any task, activity or project in-line with the store requirements ? Daily reporting of the activities and consultations at the store through proper mediums. ? Maintaining any other reports / formats as mandated by asian paints
Other responsibilities: 
Co-ordinate with customer associate to provide complete solutions to the customer Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organized by asian paints ? Be diligent and ensure timely attendance / completion of all programs and modules designed by asian paints for training and development of customer associates. Scope of Worka) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):• Rates for any product or service to be quoted to customer only after confirmation from dealer. • Cash handling by CC is strictly not allowed b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):• Close co-ordination with customer associate for complete solution to customers through on time painting service • Close ordination with dealer for sales conversion after consultation c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) Customer consultation to be done only at the store where the colour consultant is deployed. On site consultations and site visits by colour consultants is not recommended. d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Subfunctionwide / Other): NA Key Interaction
