Development Executive (Channel Sales executive)
Education: Any graduate, Preferably BBA
or MBA or any sales related education
Location: Mangalore
Experience: 0-5 years. Fresh graduates
are also eligible to apply.
Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 lacs per annum plus
incentive

Readiness to travel within the region to drive sales – local travel involved
Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
? Responsible to generate and drive sales from the assigned
territory
? Responsible to appoint new dealers for the assigned
territory
? Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market
? Conducting dealers meet, architects meet & carpenters
meet to communicate about products and drive sales
? Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction
?
Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
? Building relations with external customers like dealers,
distributors and architects & designers
? Ensure timely collections & payments from the
distributors/channel partners
?
Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
