JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Auditor- Social Audits(APSCA approved) for RBS division: Knowledge Business .
REPORTING LINE • National Manager Operations
 LOCATION • Mumbai/Kolkata/Gurgaon • Bangalore • Tirupur.
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES • To conduct the desktop reviews, technical / social /Security/Environmental audits based on various standards and code of conducts of various retailers, on behalf of whom we conduct the assessment • Candidates should have completed 100+ audit mandays. • Candidates should be APSCA RA or should have cleared APSCA level I, II, III examination.
  SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES • Responsible for leading an assessment for the certification of a firm and where necessary to achieve this. • Carry out surveillance visits on registered firms • Ensure compliance with respective Knowledge Business global documentations and local procedures in accordance with Accreditation Body (AR) requirements while conducting audits / trainings • Ensure timely execution of audits, submission of audit packs (within 2 days of the audit completion) to achieve required TAT for certificate • Ensure timely submission (on the same day of audit) of the audit report to the customer service executive & audited client during surveillance audit • Submission of other documents (audit notes / checklist / signed ACR if any) within 7 days of the activity completion • Ensure quality (error free) of the audit pack • Ensure any audit pack queries raised by India Certification Manager / Certifying Office are replied appropriately within 2 working days • Support the sales team in resolving technical matters raised by prospective client • Assist in promotional activities.
PROFILE • Graduation degree or Post Graduate/LLB/Honors in HR/Law/Environmental/Chemical • Specialization: HR/Law • A minimum of 3 years of experience related to Social and Compliance Audit • Fluent in English, high level of written and verbal English • Should have passed ASPCA level I, II, III examination.
REQUIRED SKILLS • Plan, organize and implement the audit plan • Ability to interact with all levels of management, consultants and clients • Extensive knowledge of the relevant standards • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
Please note that candidates should have  
1). Cleared either APSCA level 1, 2 or 3 examination                       
  OR 2). Should have APSCA registration number                                        
OR 3). Should have completed 100+ audit manday along with audit logs.
