Job Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for handling
HoReCa customers (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe) Railways ,CPC, (Central Police
Canteen), CSD (Canteen Sales Development) ,regarding sales &
helping them with readymade solutions regarding product availability, new
product launch and warehouse solutions.
·
Generate new Customer as
per the business requirement.
·
Playing a key role in acquiring,
on-boarding and engaging the right set of dealers/customers.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
through cold calling, networking etc.
·
To get the
maximum mileage from the customer by providing one to one support.
·
Strongly
penetrating in the different markets to build potential secondary customers.
·
To expand the institutional business.
Act as customers
advocate & works with
internal departments
to ensure the customer needs are understood & satisfied.
·
Responsible for one-point contact for the customers (for
assigned Key Accounts) for complaints, collecting & analyzing data, and
improving the overall customer experience.
·
To develop trust, and relationships with major clients to achieve/exceed budgeted invoicing as well as credit management from existing and new
customers; Ensuring the client do not turn to competition.
·
Evaluating the performance of team and as well as
distributors.
·
Introduction of new product and existing, price negotiation,
listing of products, contract management.
·
To ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service, pre-order and post-order service.
·
To get feedback on products and services from customers.
·
Meet up companies' KPI Like, volume, sales & new
acquisitions targets.
·
Traveling to different markets of West Bengal for new
customer acquisitions.
Key Skills Required:
·
Experience with any large/ medium sales team in FMCG companies
and Strong relationship network in the Institutional Trade.
·
Strong managerial skills, team building and leadership
skills.
·
Computer Literate and have excellent analytical skills,
intermediate word, and power-point skills, advanced excel skills.
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to
communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
·
Excellent team player, thoughtful, unafraid to express an
opinion, and enthusiastic.
