JOB PURPOSE: To Prepare strategic policies for long- and short-term financing requirements and strategic
credit policy in line with the company’s general objectives and achieving the company’s
commitment to its requirements in front of supplier companies and by providing a profit return
from financing deals and contributing to the preparation of the company’s financial position in
accordance with the terms and commitments of banks and insurance.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES (1-12)
• Understand the overall objective and strategy of the company, and thus prepare a strategy for long
and short-term funding requirements in line with the company's overall objectives.
• Preparing a plan for managing the financing strategy and investment portfolios with a safe return.
• Directing the finance and credit departments to understand the company's business plan and to
define the required goals and objectives.
• Managing and supervising all aspects of cash flow thus anticipating short-term and long-term cash
requirements as well as day-to-day financing decisions.
• Maintaining strategic banking relationships as well as developing new banking relationships.
• Preparing an annual report for the banks with the group's annual plan in terms of strategic,
commercial and financial terms.
• Negotiating financing facilities with banks according to the agreed objectives.
• Directing and monitoring working capital requirements with banks, managing the implementation
of the required guarantees, and negotiating all terms that do not conflict with the company's agreed
policy.
• Executing financing deals after appropriate analysis of market conditions to meet the company's
targeted transfers, as well as achieving the maximum financial return in line with the financing
strategy plan and direct profitability objectives approved by the Department.
• Directing working capital to achieve profits from cash payments to supplier companies in line
with the financing strategy plan and direct profitability objectives approved by the Department.
• Annual review of company financial statements details and comparable figures and provide timely
feedback to banks on business performance on a regular basis and answers to their inquiries.
• Dealing with insurance companies and providing them with the company's budgets, answers to
their inquiries and data for analysis.
• Monitoring the year-end numbers of all affiliated financial statements to maintain the
commitments of banks, percentages and requirements of insurance companies.
• Dealing with supplier companies and heads of their financial and commercial sectors to reach the
best methods of credit, financing, guarantees and supply.
JOB DESCRIPTION  • Supervising the preparation of the annual operating plan (AOP) based on the company's general
objectives.
• Participation and guidance in the results of the implementation of the semi-annual and audited
internal financial statements at the end of the year through the management of financial
performance indicators for all components of the balance sheet, profits and losses and participation
in the preparation of the company's general budget.
• Review the quarterly financial expenditures and compare the ROB numbers with the annual plan
numbers AOP
• Weekly review the cash flow report and send it to the CEO of the group with a review of the
weekly forecast, review of the closing of the current month and one rolling month compared to
ROB and AOP
• Preparing the company's credit policy, including the classification of customers, the ages of debts,
setting the ratios of bad debts provisions, the foundations of the procedures followed from the
beginning of opening a new customer and the required documents and guarantees through the
procedures followed and penalties for defaulting customers in coordination with the legal
department.
• Directing and controlling the credit transactions of all the group and monitoring the effectiveness
of the credit policy.
• Reviewing inventory aging, sales figures and cash flows to take the necessary executive actions in
line with the company's agreed policy, dealing with the heads of the group's sectors, and
supervising the effective operating controls.
• Monitoring the needs of retail banking, especially points of sale, online operations and portals.
• Follow up on dealing with the auditors with all the requirements of the full cycle of treasury and
credit.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements and address the auditor's
requirements while avoiding any conflict that may occur during the scope of the audit work.
• Dealing with the Value Added Tax Department and providing the best way to work to maintain a
healthy cash flow.
• Providing technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.
• Participate in financial and technical support for new investments that the company wishes to
implement and direct accounting transactions in a manner that does not conflict with the
conditions of the banks.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
• Preparing policies and procedures for finance and credit management and monitoring
the implementation of performance indicators.
• The company's readiness for any requirements to guarantee financing to supplier
companies or any financial requirements, whether operational or investment.
• Maintaining strategic relationships with banks, insurance companies and supplier
companies.
• Accuracy in achieving the company's annual plan, including approved profits.
• Accuracy of cash reports.
• Evaluate and motivate the management team.
JOB DESCRIPTION   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or CMA MBA.
• 2. From 7 to 10 years of experience as the head of the finance and credit sector in large
enterprises or the head of financial management in medium enterprises.
• 3. Experience in establishing a finance department, implementing rules and procedures,
operating local and international finance, and financing deals.
• 4. Experience in establishing the credit department and the rules and procedures for
operating the credit department.
• 5. Full experience with accounting rules and preparing the financial position and
financial statements.
• 6. Full knowledge and awareness of dealing with the external financial auditor.
• 7. Full knowledge and awareness of dealing with all heads of the company's sectors.

Other Impact: If the work is not done properly, the financial position, banking relations, credit policies
and procedures and compliance with the company's requirements with suppliers and banks are affected,
and thus its impact in a direct negative threat in the fastest and shortest period of time in the core of the
company's operation.
