least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company
having turnover above Rs.100 Cr ) Must
have good working knowledge in SAP modules (MM, PP, Finance) plus Microsoft
Excel, Word, PPT A
dynamic male candidate with excellent communication & writing skills in
English, Bengali & Hindi with good family background. Must
possess leadership & analytical skills and should have the ability to drive
his team to provide result-oriented output within the agreed time frame.

and annual budgets as well as the comparative/variance report.o Checking of Monthly calculation
of D&A/ Claim settlement of Distributorso Review of the cost of the
productso Logistics Planning for timely
delivery of the products to the agencyo Plant Accounting and product
costingo Site level overheads budgeting
and allocation of the budget target across departments using the ZBB.o Weekly cost governance of Cost
against the budgets.o Preparation of Business Case for
savings Capex and final closure with the Central team for budget allocation and
implementation.o Leading factory controls
discussion with Factory Manager and leadership team.o Leading annual savings plan and
closure with the factory team.o Review of Planned Savings and
Actual implementation.o Factory Product cost review and
its allocation.o Monthly preparation of MIS for
discussion with the Factory leadership team.o Leading of digitalization
agenda. o Review of Material wastage trend
for RM/PM with Site Supply Chain and subsequent follow-up to ensure timely
corrections and closure.o Fixed Asset register review to
ensure scrapped assets are timely written off from books.o Capitalization of Fixed assets
as per commission certificate.o Timely review of new Contracts
as per IFRS 16 and ensure their accounting.o E-way Bill monitoring and review
to ensure 100% compliance.o Leading monthly review of
factory operational procedures compliance as per Standard operating procedure.o Highlighting the gaps if any and
providing suggestions for mitigation to avoid any future control lapse.o Review and refresh the SOP as
and when required.o P&L forecasting and
budgeting of Household care category at a quarter level as well as at the
immediate month level.o Explanation of variances from
last FC vs. Current FC and Last year's actuals vs Current Year actuals.o Finalizing the monthly
forecasted P&L with the category head after discussions.o Preparation of monthly MIS for
Inventory and Regional Commercialo Monitoring stocks at
depot/customer level and taking corrective actiono Monthly provision activities
related to commercial operations such as Rent & Freighto Business partnering with the
cross-functional team for process improvemento Coordinating multiple audit
projects, including issue identification and execution of corrective action
plans in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelineso Member of the team that executes
Statutory Audits for clients in line with the Audit Manual and in compliance
with auditing standards and legal regulationso Performing Statutory Audits as
per Indian GAAP, Quarterly Reviews of listed and unlisted clients in accordance
with Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines, and Tax Audits
as per the Income Tax Act o Maintaining Compliance with Schedule III (AS &
IND AS) requirementso Drafting Audit Reports along
with Companies Auditor Report Order(2016) as per requirements of the Companies
Act 2013 Generating Form 3CD & 3CEB and ensuring compliance with provisions
stated therein o Assisting in preparing and reviewing Consolidated Financial
Statements to ensure it is free from any prima facie error Highlightso Prepared Share Valuation Reports
for several companies as required under various statutes and other purposes:
income Tax Act 1961o Companies Act 1956/2013o Foreign Exchange Management Acto Preparation and review of
Financial Statements (Consolidated and Standalone) for different purposes such
as Companies Act 1956/2013o Holding Company Instructions o
Interim Financial Statements required for Draft Red Herring Prospectus filing.o Examined accounting entries in
SAP FICO for the following modules1. Technical skill:2. IT / Computer: Must have good
working knowledge in SAP modules (MM, PP, Finance) plus Microsoft Excel, Word,
PPT3. Experience: At
least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company
having turnover above Rs.100 Cr.
