Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring timely completion of monthly/yearly accounting that includes: P/L Accounts,
Balance Sheet, Ratio Analysis, Product-wise Profitability, Ledger Scrutiny, Bank
Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Register etc.
2. Monitoring timely completion of annual statutory audit to finalize the company’s financial
status; adhering & preparing financial reports .
3. Overseeing Record to Record, Account Receivable & Account Payable Management, fund
management and investing the spare funds to generate interest income.
4. Analyzing the variance between forecast & actual financial results and giving insights to
management on a periodic basis.
5. Preparing different types of MIS reports to get the desired information from the higher
management; ensuring financial information is captured into the database
6. Overseeing implementation of accounting policies and processes in as per generally
accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
7. Supervising the direct & indirect taxation matters including tax audit, ITR, TDS & GST etc
compliances.
8. MIS Report - Ageing of Collection, Utilization of Funds, Monthly Stock Statements &
Inventory Funding Status.
9. Overseeing MIS Reports such as Production, Sales, Purchase, Consumption
and Factory Accounts, etc.
10. Monthly/quarterly/annual stock reconciliation.
11. Coordinate Internal and External Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax audits, and Cost Audits and hold
meetings with senior audit team for discussion of audit issues and resolution of the same.
12. Managing Debtors/Creditors Management with Reconciliations.
13. Preparing Product Costs as per Company norms.
14. Preparing the CAPEX for the business unit.
15. Compare MIS on total profitability, contribution, etc., and identify areas of improvement and suggest
corrective actions for the future.
16. Preparation and Finalization of Accounts.
17. Expertise in formulating and implementing Finance & Accounting Policies/ Procedures.
18. Ensuring financial statements including trial balance, bank reconciliation reports, profit &
loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements, and balance sheets.
19. Will be responsible for the preparation and finalization of monthly financials.
20. Coordinate with the external auditors for the audit of year-end financial statements within the
prescribed time frames and in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
21. Preparing annual expenses budget and financial planning of the business units and cash-flow
management.
22. Preparing Monthly/Quarterly comparative statements of Expenses.
23. Prepare budgeted vs actual conversion cost details
24. Prepare customer-wise monthly Plus / Minus sheets
25. Prepare, upload, and monitor all customer claims & ensure that they are timely recovered
from the customers
Key Skills
1. Working Knowledge of SAP Business 1 must
2. Other skills required are related to problem-solving, entering, and verifying data, and knowledge of
computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment.
Education:
CA Preferred/PG /CA InterSalary
- CTC Up to 14lac to 15 lac Experience - Minimum 10 + aboveAge
should be 40 to 47 in between not less than 40 and not more than 47 to 48 maximumNote: Candidate
must have work/ seat corporate office & Plant Accounts & finance,should have manufacturing/FMCG Industry company having turnover above Rs.100cr
