Designation : Dy. Manager – HR and Administration

JOB DESCRIPTION – Source CVs, Schedule Interviews and close positions for plants.
– Onboarding of the new joinees, Induction feedback and Analysis.
– Ensure positions are closed within specified Lead Time.
Performance Management:
– Preparation of the PMS Schedule for Plants
– Facilitate half-yearly and Annual reviews
– Prepare employee master for annual performance appraisals. Collation of
performance ratings for plants.
Industrial Relations
– Deliver timely and efficient HR Services to Internal customers
– Handle all employee / staff issues and grievances relating to performance
management, compensation, transfers, process compliance across locations
– Responsible for ensuring that responses to queries and complaints of critical
nature from employees are provided in order to ensure timely and effective
grievance redressal.
Statutory Compliance:
– Responsible for documentation to ensure that all the plants fulfil all statutory
regulations related to labour issues in order to minimize overall risk for the
– Responsible for all Domestic Inquiry, discipline management, Absenteeism,
Employee Grievance, Indiscipline cases.
– Responsible for all return and renewals which comes Factories act , Labour act , PF
and ESIC act etc.
– Handling all Provident Fund and ESIC related issue
– Handling Gratuity related issues.
– Ensure timely disbursement of wage/Salary payment, Leave payment, Bonus
payment etc. as per act.
– Responsible for all domestic inquiry, discipline management, absenteeism,
employee grievance, indiscipline cases.
Contract Labour Management:
– Handling Contract Labour related issues, , Rates, Minimum wages revision,
Liasoning with Labour Inspectors , timely Payment of wages and grievance
– Engaging new laboUr contractor and registering them under the CLRA.
– Boundary management and liasoning with local administration and government
bodies to keep peaceful working atmosphere. Security management and ensure
security staff mobility policy. Ensure best in class housekeeping practices.
– Time office, payroll and salary and salary disbursement.
Safety Management:? Daily observation report.
? List of fire extinguishers.
? Safety on job training plan.
Plan for internal mock drill
Pest Control Management.
? Agreement with the service providers
? Scope of the work, & actual implementation on grounds.
? Cost of the service.
Housekeeping & Cleaning
? Scope & coverage of housekeeping service.
? Manpower distribution for housekeeping – shift wise.
? Arrangement of housekeeping equipments and chemicals
Employee Engagement Activities.
? Preparing & maintaining a tracker/planner for employee engagement
? Plant R&R – Best attendance, star employee & performance award etc.
? Birth day celebration
? Any other engagement activities as per the plan.
Payroll Management:To Check and ensure 0 error in payroll computation of all onroll and off roll.
To check and process the bills of the contract labours (offroll).
Audits : Responsible for all Internal and External Audits .
Exit Management:
- Ensure to take exit interviews of all employees.
- Close all full and final settlements within the timeline.
