Quality Team Leader
Key Information: Salary: INR upto 420,000 Per Annum

Job Type: Full Time
Working Hours: 4:30 AM IST – 2:00 PM IST Mon - Fri

The Role:
• Experience in sales and the upselling process is strongly preferred.
• Ensure that the process is adhered to as per the prescribed quality parameters.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring on an ongoing basis to improve quality processes and operational efficiency. Should work closely with Operations and Training team and
provide feedback and inputs for continuous improvement of quality and operational
standards.
• Content development. Should be well versed in developing quality guidelines for the
quality assurance process.
• Ensure zero defects.
• Review quality process periodically and prepare action plans for process excellence.
• Extremely High Attention to detail. • Has a high degree of pride in their own and team's output and work.
• Audit management experience.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Excellent English written and communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Be Team orientated.
• Available to interview and start immediately.
