recruitment

· She should be able to
handle HR activities, rules & policies of organization independently.

· She must have knowledge
and experience in the core HR functions and they must be well versed in any of
the below functions:

· Recruitment and
selection 

· maintenance of employees
personal files, Records, Database.

· Implementing the employee
appraisal and Employee welfare methods.
