TIBCO Developer Work Location: DubaiNotice Period: 30 days maximumBudget: AED 20,000 – 21,000 (maximum)In addition to the current TIBCO JD, we need the candidates to have the below experience:•Hands on development experience on TIBCO BWCE(Business works container edition)/Tibco BW6x– Must Have•creating and deploying TIBCO Applications on any containerized applications(PAAS -Openshift / public Cloud managed services – ECS/EKS/GKE/AKS etc)Must Have•Experience on Migration of TIBCO services from BW5 to BW6– Must Have •Preferred experience on Openshift 4.x – Good to have•Tibco BW 6x or BWCE certification is plus. – Good to have
Job Description:Education:Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions with TIBCO BW, EMSFamiliarity with JSON, XML and Web Services. Expert in XPATHPractical experience in application security such as SSL Certificates, cryptographyPractical experience in synchronous, asynchronous JMS communication as well as SOAP and RESTPractical experience in TIBCO Administrator, Hawk and scripting tools provided by TIBCO (buildear, appmanage, etc) Technical Skills:Excellent in designing and developing CPU + Memory efficient apps on TIBCO BW along with failover scenariosExcellent in SSL Certificates, communicate protocols such as JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP etc.Excellent knowledge on XSD, XML to JSON, JSON to XML conversation methodsDaily usage of common shell scripting, comfortable to work on unix OSAlways thinking with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem Knowledge on Java, and able to provide solutions including Java methods in TIBCO BW applicationsProved adherence to software development lifecycle. Excellent level on GIT Functional Skills:Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practicesExperience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desiredExperience in Agile methodologyEnsure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organizationHava a mindset of always improvement, research for best possibe solution Soft Skills: Should be excellent in communication, should have positive attitude towards work and should be eager to learn new thingsSelf-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organizationShould have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to senior management in IT and Business alikeShould be able to train/mentor team members
