Business Development Administrator will provide efficient administration and
project support to the BD team. This includes, but not limited to, working on
the complete process of getting a new property lead to getting the property
live on online platforms. For this, the BD admin will have to work in
co-ordination with BD team, Interior Designer, Operations Teams and
Liaising with the property owners by sending out Set-up Cost sheets
for apartments, necessary forms, agreements and documentation.
Organizing meetings, following up on action plans generated & ensuring
that the schedule decided upon is followed across all teams.
Applying for utilities like DEWA, du, gas connections for
Managing and applying for insurance for all properties coming on
Coordinating with developers and building management for move-in
procedures, maintenance permits and documentation required for short-term
Vendor Management and creating PO’s, invoices for
All Furniture, home items and vendor Invoices to be added on Xero
and creating final invoices for owners.
Applying for unit permit with Dubai Tourism for all new apartments
plus renewal of permits for the existing ones.
Working in co-ordination with the Interior Designer – procurement
sourcing and budget optimization.
Carrying out procurement of white goods, home items and linen for
properties as per the set-up cost sheet.
Delivering all procurement and furniture to the apartment as per
the set-up sheet and BOQ approved by the owner.
Scheduling photoshoot of the property and liaising with concerned
