Job Description
The role is to implement a KPI
driven culture in the company. Starting from the conceptual stage encompassing
understanding the specific job functions, defining the KPIs in line with
Organization’s goal, data collection, baselining the current level of
performance, establishing metrics and measurements with clear definitions and
data sources, automating the dashboards, rolling out of KPIs to the concerned
teams and finally analysis and continuous review for betterment will be scope
of this role. This is a senior role which who can function independently with
less supervision. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ·
Define, Monitor and Review SMART KPIs for Sales/Non-Sales teams across the
company ·
Maintain, develop, improve and automate reports end to end ·
Interpret data and analyse results in order to provide key business information
and recommendations for improvement ·
Work closely with stakeholders and help them achieve KPIs by guiding them on
where they lack and what needs to be done ·
Develop Balanced Score Card for Departmental Heads and Senior Management ·
Knowledge in Benchmarking the performance of different Sales and Operational
units ·
Ability to produce and present analyses and recommendations to senior
management ·
Strong expertise in handling and consolidating large amounts of complex
data/databases ·
Perform Time and Motion study for all the departments in a phased manner and
come up with an exhaustive and fungible capacity models ·
Perform Sales and Non-Sales Performance Analysis using statistical models using
BI tools ·
Maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders and take the
organization to the next level in terms of KPI maturity level in coming years ·
Good knowledge in setting performance benchmarks in line with Market ·

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Performance Management ·
Working knowledge in setting organizational, departmental and individual
KPIs/BSC ·
Well-versed in Power BI and other tools like SQL, Oracle, Python, R, etc.
Qualifications ·
Master’s degree in Business Management / Engineering ·
KPI/BSC experience in Big4 consulting / Real Estate / Prominent Banks is a plus

Certification in Balanced Score Card / KPIs / TQM / Malcom Baldrige framework
