Sr. Business Analyst Position Overview As a Senior Business Analyst will be the vital link between
our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting
and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and
deployment tasks of our software product’s features.  Responsibilities • Works with our contacts in several brokerages, insurance
companies, government entities and business partners to elicit high-level
requirements and capture business needs. • Articulates clearly and documents business requirements,
business processes, business model & screens mock-ups (wireframes) • Conducts & writes Agile User Stories • Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes
competing business demands • Technical Recommendation and Testing • Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to
drive satisfaction with IT • Manages project plans and can clearly articulate roles,
project goals, and timelines. • Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability

advantage. • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC). • Knowledge of Requirement Gathering • Knowledge of Wireframe, Mockups, Prototypes • Familiar with Documenting requirements as SRS , BRD, User
Stories • Knowledge of Agile Methodology • Candidate must previously hold the following positions: - System Analyst - Application Support - Requirement Analyst - Software Engineer - IT Project Coordinator
