Position Title: Senior Project
Manager Reports to: Business Unit: IT
Strategic Planning & Governance Department: IT JOB PURPOSE: Senior Project Manager will lead
complex IT projects within our organization. The candidate will be responsible
for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale IT
projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and
within budget. In addition, the successful candidate will also be responsible
for managing and running RFP and RFI cycles in alignment with business teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & Tasks 1. Lead the development and
management of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale IT
projects with multiple workstreams. 2. Define project scope, goals, and
deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior
management and stakeholders. 3. Manage and mentor project teams
of 10+ members and allocate resources according to project needs. 4. Develop and maintain project
documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and communication
plans, and ensure project compliance with relevant standards and regulations. 5. Identify and mitigate project
risks by establishing contingency plans, and escalation paths, and engaging
stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. 6. Ensure effective communication
and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, including
managing relationships with third-party service providers and contractors. 7. Monitor project progress and
adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion and
ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. 8. Develop and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that project goals align with
overall business strategy and objectives. 9. Contribute to the development and
improvement of project management best practices and methodologies. 10. Develop and implement effective
project reporting mechanisms to provide timely, accurate, and relevant
information to stakeholders. 11. Ensure effective management
reporting to senior leadership, including regular updates on project status,
risks, and issues, as well as recommendations for resolution. 12. Manage and run RFP and RFI
cycles in alignment with business teams and ensure that vendor selection
processes align with project goals. 13. Develop and maintain
relationships with key vendors and ensure that they meet or exceed project
requirements. 14. Implement continuous improvement
processes to optimize project management practices, reporting, communications,

prepare decisions and recommendations as necessitated by the Projects /
Operations being managed in their assigned area of work but are not mandated to
sign or approve any jobs with a financial implicationQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &
SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in computer
science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 2.
8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a senior project
manager role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale
projects. Strong leadership, communication,
and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing
cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Expert-level knowledge of project
management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Agile/Scrum,
Waterfall, and PMBOK Experience managing complex IT
projects involving multiple technologies, platforms, and systems, and managing
risk and compliance requirements. Experience managing projects with large
multi-million-dollar budgets. Proven ability to deliver projects
within tight timelines and budgets and manage competing priorities effectively.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus
on delivering high-quality outcomes. Real Estate industry experience is a
plus.
PMP certification required
