REAL ESTATE
SURVEYOR

 

 



RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-       

Inspect properties to ascertain their value on
behalf of the client, and has detailed knowledge of the factors that can affect
property prices such as location, size, economic condition and any relevant
property factors in the area.

-       

Undertake valuations and collate data required
as per company procedures.
        
Carry out research to establish and justify the
value reached and compile valuation reports
      
Develop and manage client relationships in order
to retain existing clients and win new business.
     Actively pursue business development
opportunities. Introduce new clients to the firm and actively cross sell other
Continental Real Estate services.
    
Liaise with Team Administrator to receive
valuation instructions and ensure that appropriate progress updates are provided
in order to keep clients updated.
      
Manage workload in order to ensure deadlines are
met and assist in market research assignments when required.

 



QUALIFICATIONS

Arabic speaker and fluent in English (spoken
and written)

Bachelor’s degree graduate is preferred.

Real estate experience is preferred.

With basic understanding of Real Estate and
its financial aspects including residential properties, commercial
premises, industrial assets, agricultural holdings, hotels, retail malls and
vacant lands for secured finance, transactional, audit and risk assessment
purposes.

Ability to utilize word processing,
spreadsheet and other related systems.

Ability to meet deadlines without compromising
accuracy and excellent product quality
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to stay highly
organized and efficient are all requirements of this position.
 Since working as a real estate surveyor means
that you will be operating in a team environment, it is necessary that you
possess the ability to get along with people from different backgrounds, and
aim to work collaboratively with them.

Most of the time, a real estate surveyor is in
touch with the client directly, which is why it is imperative that he or she
possesses exceptional customer service skills. A patient manner and a polite
outlook will help you immensely where customer dealing is concerned.
