PROPERTY
ADMINISTRATOR .
QUALIFICATIONS
ü Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years
of experience in Property Management. Proven record of accomplishment in the field
of Property Management . Excellent communication (English and
Arabic), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. Expert with all MS Office suite applications
ü Capable of managing multiple task .Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full
knowledge of Trakheesi)
ü Knowledge in Sharjah & Northern Emirates
regulations and Tenancy Contracts processes
ü With full knowledge in using the government
websites and portals related to real estate and adherence to standards and
regulations .Must be equipped with a sound knowledge of
real estate market as well as possess knowledge of the UAE rental property
market.
ü Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and
ability to interpret financial data in relation to property leasing.
RESPONSIBILITIES : The Property Administrator liaises with
internal and external departments while being responsible for administrative
duties in Property Management department. Accuracy, record keeping, document
filing and practicing due diligence are the key parameters for this role. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the
Property Administrator will play a critical role in helping the Property
Management department achieve its objectives.
Manage contracts and documentation signing,
system updates and reporting, registration of tenancy contracts and ensure the
operation is as per company policy in correlation with landlords’ policies and
Property Management Agreement. Other accountabilities include, but are not
limited to:
Keeping
up to date with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land
department, municipality and/ or other relevant government authorities.
Ensure timely and efficient updates of all
records on property management software
ü Publish/ add/ update units including upload of
landlord documents Tenants contracts . Follow department procedure for all tenancy
contracts and renewals including:
-New application
screening and verification
-Approve renewals
only based on landlord approval
-Registration of
tenancy contract through government websites
-Prepare report
and forward for reconciliation purpose to accounts
-Monitor renewal
notifications sent by property supervisors.
-Send reminders
for notifications not sent. Manage monitoring of forwarded
contracts/documents for signature, rejected contracts, pending documents, etc.
until it gets signed by the management. Efficiently manage all routine correspondence
on mail, phone and liaise with office messengers.
Generate timely reports and corresponding
analysis.
