Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years
of experience in Property Management
Proven record of accomplishment in the field
of Property Management
Excellent communication (English and
Arabic), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Expert with all MS Office suite applications

knowledge of Trakheesi)
Knowledge in Sharjah & Northern Emirates

The Property Administrator liaises with
internal and external departments while being responsible for administrative
duties in Property Management department
. Accuracy, record keeping, document
filing and practicing due diligence are the key parameters for this role.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the
Property Administrator will play a critical role in helping the Property
Management department achieve its objectives.
Manage contracts and documentation signing,
system updates and reporting, registration of tenancy contracts and ensure the
operation is as per company policy in correlation with landlords’ policies and
Property Management Agreement.
Other accountabilities include, but are not
up to date with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land
department, municipality and/ or other relevant government authorities.
Ensure timely and efficient updates of all
records on property management software
ü Publish/ add/ update units including upload of
landlord documents Tenants contracts
Follow department procedure for all tenancy
contracts and renewals including:
screening and verification
