someone to lead teams in the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions and specifically
Oracle Cloud Solutions, this means participate in project teams
through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle and resolve issues
post live. Lend subject matter knowledge to the design, integration,
architecture and implement for any upcoming rollouts/enhancements. Communicates
and translates business requirements and objectives into right technical
solutions to addresses business needs. Along with issue
resolution, oversee onshore and offshore team during post-production support and
engage Business, vendors, and internal teams to ensure ticket resolution is
on-time. Track all support tickets and engage with all stakeholders to provide
issue resolution plan, progress tracking to Manager and suggest improvements. Qualifications:-       
10-12 years of progressive
experience in Oracle ERP applications. Must have expertise in SCM with a good
understanding of Finance and Accounting. -       
Manufacturing and
Planning expertise with good knowledge on Supply chain-       
Having an understanding
in the Logistics Process/practices is a plus. -       
Experience managing
Oracle Cloud Project activities, scheduling the meetings per the requirements,
following up on all burndown list activities with the business and the vendor,
etc.  -       
Experience in Postproduction
support as support technician. -       
Experience in leading
a post-go-live Oracle Support Team, including onsite and offshore (Managing
people, monitoring all support tickets, understanding all the technical issues,
providing a weekly and monthly report to the line manager, restructuring the
support model, etc.-       
Configure the Oracle Applications to meet
client requirements and document application set-ups -       
Experience in Leading
migration of configuration, integration, and extensions to Production.-       
Demonstrated experience through all phases of
the technology life cycle, including project planning, requirements definition,
architecture design, build/configuration, testing, and operational transition.-       
Understanding Application architecture.-       
Understanding
complimentary platform cloud components to Oracle Cloud ERP install base,
including OACS, OICS, SOACS, DBCS, etc. – including PaaS for SaaS.-       
Understand, predict,
and plan for future improvements in the solutions-       
A good
understanding Of the PAAS Environment, the utilization of the universal credit,
and the impact of additional enhancements in the future on the PAAS environment
and the UC credit.-       
A good knowledge
of understanding and developing gaps matrix assessment to be used for future
improvement on the solution.-       
Do research,
propose, and plan for any development and enhancement with the support team
using the best practices.-       
Experience preparing
and reviewing RFP, RFI, and SOW for requirements and engagement with a
third-party vendor.
