Off Plan Real Estate Agent
Job description :We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent having a minimum of 2 years of experience
in Dubai Real Estate Market.
*Preferably Off Plan, Villa, and Luxury Property Expert.
Responsibilities:
-Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network
base.
-Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
-Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities
and assess existing ones.
-Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client
communications updates.
-Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.
-Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
Skills:

-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
-Organized, Resourceful, and Detail-Oriented with a friendly focus on Customer Service.
-Self-Motivated, great team player, and goal-oriented.
Requirements:
-Strong Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
-Off Plan Properties Expert
-Villa Expert
-Experience in Selling Luxury Property
-Excellent English Communication (Arabic Speaker is a plus)
-Driving License
Salary and Benefits:
-Commission Based Salary with an Attractive structure
-Company Visa, Medical Insurance, Admin Support, and Marketing Support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED60,000.00 per month
