Good communication 3. Active and bubblyRoles & Responsibilities / Job Description:1. One-to-one onboarding with property owners on the owner’s lounge and portal.2. Answering owners on all SOA related questions-reservation, expense enquiries3. Preparation of performance reports/reviews4. Monthly performance review meetings with owners 5. Submission of final invoices to owner’s post set up.6. Submitting PPM reports to owners with all details and supporting documents7. Annual inventory invoicing to owners 8. Bi-annual linen inventory invoicing to owners 9. Regular attending of owner doubts/concerns/issues 10. Owner approvals for maintenance and procurement needed 11. Managing a property offboarding with an owner.12. Conducting Exit interviews with owners 13. Liasing with different departments in the company-Operations, Revenue, Admin and Reservations for 14. Negotiating agreements with existing owners 15. Managing the churn rate and overall satisfaction of the owners.Experience / Skills:Financial understanding and Excel skillsDesired Candidate:
