Glamping and Experience Manager :
Should have done a similar role for 1 year at least. Proficiency English a must. An
additional foreign language especially Arabic is an added advantage. Job experience in
tour operators and camping/adventure activities experience
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for reservations sales-related opportunities for Glamping activity. Manages
and provides training and work assignments to Reservations staff. Actively up-sells each
business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team
related KPI. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence
throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to
grow share of the account on behalf of the company.
CORE ACTIVITIES
• Gains understanding of the property's primary target customer and service
expectations
• Engages with DMC and local trade partners for contracts and AMC
• Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property
revenue goals.
• Understands the overall market, including competitors' strengths and
weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell
against them.
• Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and
property needs.
• Does quality checks on the field and ensures service quality is as per our
standards
• Manager the inventory
• Actively promotes and engages in upsells of services and products plus multiple
experiences provided to Holiday home guests
