Position Overview : 
The
Position of Digital Analytics Manager will be leading in insight, tagging or
optimization. Managing the digital tagging environment to collect accurate and
relevant data to measure user behavior and digital performance, analysis of
web/app performance, delivering insight to stakeholders supporting key decision
making and riving effective change & analyzing the customer journey and
identifying testing opportunities.Key Roles and Responsibilities                                                                                   1.      Measurement and analysis of website & app
performance, identifying problem areas and testing opportunities to improve
customer journey and optimization2.      Implement and convenient tool for securely
handling report generation via SDK, Pixels, direct connection through API and
offline integrations with multiple digital channels3.      Implement robust data collection using server
events, the Conversion API allowing reliable tracking of events. Achieve event
match quality score. Market to right audience.4.      Generate insights into your HTML quality,
performance, and architecture.5.      Track customer journey and weighing attributes
for conversion6.      Auditing Google tags, Website analytics audit,
SEO audit, App audit, Backlink audit, Broken tags7.      Analyze performance from all sources including
Referrals, Meta, LinkedIn, twitter, Google, Snapchat, etc..8.      Manage all analytics input into the testing
roadmap and projects, deliver digital reporting and insight to the wider
business9.      Develop automated reporting suites and eye-catching
dashboards, ensuring suitability for relevant stakeholders10.    Support stakeholders with informed decision
making through insight and analysis, influencing, and bringing new innovative
ideas and recommendations to them11.    Monitor and measure tests – evaluating results –
looking at conversion lifts, commercial impact, and customer insight12.    Ensure a high standard of data integrity through
accurate and relevant tagging and tracking Note:  The above is a list of the
key accountabilities of the role. The employee in this role is expected to be
open to manage other responsibilities that are linked to this role which can be
assigned to him by his manager from time to time.Required Skills/Abilities: 1.      5+ years of Digital
marketing analytics experience either through company department or agency
background2.      Extensive experience with
Google Analytics 4, Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics,
Firebase,
MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, etc.),3.      User journey & user
funnel analysis experience4.      Experience working with
data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Google Data Studio,
Tableau5.      Experience working with
multi-channel digital data6.      Building relationships
with stakeholders at all levels7.      Ability to break down
complex data in to digestible information8.      Experienced Google Tag
Manager 9.      Experience working with
web & mobile tracking and analytics10.   Proficient with Microsoft
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint11.   Strong decision-making
skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams12.  
Comfortable
working in a constantly changing environment.13.  
Ability to
manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.14.  
Data
Analytical skills: Excellent with Excel, Google Sheets while having experience working on comprehensive
reporting structure and techniques 15.  
Hands-on
approach with a can-do work attitude; with a fun-to-work-with

energy at all times.16.  
An ability to
find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and

tasks assigned.

Required work experience/Qualifications/Certification: 1.     
Bachelor’s degree in Data or related studies. 2.     
MBA in Data/Marketing is a plus3.     
Strong Communication Skills, fluent in English and Arabic
language is a plus.4.     
Agency or Finance industry Background is a plus5.     
Experience in working in an agency or technology company-
ideally in a start-up- highly desirable6.     
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
Analytics roles Language skills:?
