Property Acquisition Manager | Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:·      


Mentor and manage the team to achieve quarterly
targets.·      

Develop and grow relationships with Institutions and
Brokers.·      

Supervise, Improve and Implement the end-to-end Sales
Process.·      

Improve efficiencies on key metrics.

Requirements of the Role:·      

At least 5 years Experience in a Sales Manager role in a Top
5 Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai·    

Out of the last 5 years at least 3 years with 1
company·      

UAE Driver’s License·      


Ability to Manage a team and be result orientated Internal:

Reporting Manager: HK Supervisor                  

Reporting Location: Dubai

What are the candidates 3 KPI’s

1)     BD team to
convert 30% of leads generated by Marketing.

2)     Work on
Institutional customers- ( Assign % of total Portfolio )

3)     Real Estate
Brokers to provide X% of leads per month

Candidate should have minimum work experience:
10 years of Sales/Business Development Experience
