Business Development and Marketing Manager
Department: Management
Reporting to: CEO
Job Purpose: The post
holder is responsible for designing business development and marketing
strategies, as well as long-term and short-term plans to ensure the growth of
the company in terms of strategic partnerships and business relationships, product
mix, geographic presence, brand recognition, targeted audiences, sales, and
financial results. Through agile thinking and good understanding of market
dynamics and trends, this position allows value creation for the company, but more
importantly for customers, employees, shareholders, and all other stakeholders
by improving promoting wellness, wellbeing and overall health.Key Duties and Responsibilities:· Product
and Business Development:-
Design the business model of the company, map its
operational processes and define the required resources necessary to lay the
foundations of a solid and agile framework for expansion of business and
diversification of products and services-
Steer market research and analysis to develop and execute
business strategies to leverage business opportunities and ensure sustainable
growth (new markets, upcoming trends and related behaviours, new potential customers,
rewarding partnerships, unique products and services, new ways of reaching
existing markets, etc.)-
Align strategies and plans with the requirements and
expectations of Management based on Group’s practices and goals ·
Business
Relations:-
Identify new suppliers and customers based on set
strategies and objectives-
Develop and strengthen customer and partner relationships
and design plans to drive optimal value from them-
Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers and draw
up related contracts -
Understand the needs of suppliers and customers and
respond effectively with necessary plans and course of action -
Develop a database of existing and potential suppliers
and customers ·
Marketing
and Sales:-
Create effective brand strategies to establish and boost
brand awareness-
Use industry knowledge and market research insights to
develop and manage the implementation of efficient marketing, sales, and
communications strategies and plans (offline and online) to achieve strategic
business objectives-
Develop and implement marketing programs (online and offline)
and sales initiatives (online and offline) and find creative ways to generate
new leads and capture key demographics using different communication channels
and optimizing all customer touchpoints -
Ensure proper event management for marketing and sales physical
activities -
Set clear marketing and sales KPIs and generate comprehensive
reports tracking progress, gaps and acheivements ·
Management:-
Build, lead, motivate and develop business development
and marketing team-
Establish and apply business development, sales and
marketing processes and practices-
Ensure proper timely reporting to Management on all key
areas based on agreed strategies and plansQualifications and Experience:§ 5+
years of experience in business development and marketing or related fields (experience
in the wellness industry will be a great advantage)§ MBA
in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent§ Proven
track record in managing people and projects§ In-depth
knowledge of the marketing industry, including social media and digital marketing.
Experience in Ecommerce will be a plus§ Excellent
written and verbal communication (English mainly) and presentation skills§ Strong analytical
and organizational skills with a tolerance for uncertainty and an ability to
prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal or no supervision§ A
high degree of business acumen§ Development
and presentation of comprehensive strategies § Strong
decision making focus on result
