Warehouse Receiving Supervisor
a) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Science / Commerce / business
administration or Diploma in Engineering with additional 3 years of experience or an
equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse.
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehousing environment with extensive
knowledge in materials receipt, binning and dispatch with a minimum of 5 Years in the
oil and gas sector and with at least 3 years as Receiving Supervisor.
c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module will be an advantage
d) Good experience with Quality concepts. (ISO 9001 Series).
e) Good written and oral communication skills in English.
f) Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
g) Good experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers and contractors in Oil and Gas
sector.
h) Good adaptability to multinational environments, with wide exposure to various
cultures and customs.
k) Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.
b. Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, expediting team, enduser focal points, other supply organization personnel.
c. Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily
basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure
implementation.
d. Monitor KPI performance and take adequate measures to improvement.
e. Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team.
f. Ensure the company ordered Spare Parts and Materials receipted in the
Warehouse, conforming to the company purchase order specification and/or
end user acceptance criteria and availability of appropriate supporting
documentation.
g. Co-ordinate with Quality Team to inspect materials received, if they are
flagged in QM Module for QA/QC inspection or as applicable for critical items.
h. Co-ordinate with OES Team for the quality requirements of materials received,
if delivered by EPC/PMT against HPO/RSPL.
i. Co-ordinate with BHGE-CSA team for BHGE materials receiving
j. Co-ordinate with end users (SME) and arrange joint inspection of critical nature
of materials.
k. Ensuring receipt of material is updated in Company business system SAP in a
timely basis.
l. Handover stock items for Preservation and /or binning within warehouse.
m. Move Non-stock items to Issuance area and handover them to the Supervisor
(Issuance) for collection by end user.
n. Create and maintain Material Discrepancy Reports (MDR’s) for discrepant
deliveries until they are resolved and ensure Finance dept. is notified regarding
delivery / payment dispute.
o. Co-ordinate the resolution of discrepant deliveries with Expediting Section,
ensure all materials returned to Supplier are correctly documented within the Company system.
p. Ensure the safe off-loading, handling, and storage of Hazardous Materials/
Chemicals and maintain updated MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet).
q. Ensure Supplied certificates (MTC, Mill Test, Load Test Certificates, MSDS,
etc.,) along with critical items (Valves, piping materials, Electronic items, Lifting
equipment, Hazardous items, etc.) are attached with GR in SAP.
r. Ensure batch No. along with production and/or expiry date are updated in
SAP before GR, for all batch managed items.
s. Ensure soft copy of the MSDS received from suppliers are updated in
CHEMWATCH and WH share point.
t. Ensure all lifting tools received are inspected and certified by company-nominated Third Party.
u. Ensure structures and fixed equipment are properly maintained and
serviceable for assigned areas.
v. Ensure and monitor the third-party contractor working in a warehouse as per
warehouse Operation requirement
w. Ensure materials of critical nature (Valve, piping materials,
electronic/instrumentation items etc.) received through MRS/WRD are
supplied with required certificates from user department confirming the
integrity of materials. Same to be attached in SAP.
x. All lifting tools and equipment returned through MRS should be inspected/
certified by company nominated third party.
Warehouse Binning Supervisor
a) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Science / Commerce/business administration or Diploma in Engineering with additional 3 years of experience or an
equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse.
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehousing environment with extensive
knowledge in materials receipt, binning, and dispatch with a minimum of 5 Years in the
oil and gas sector and with at least 3 years as Binning supervisor.
c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module will be an advantage
d) Good experience with Quality concepts. (ISO 9001 Series).
e) Good written and oral communication skills in English.

i) Roles & Responsibilities:

f. Ensure Stock Materials received in the Warehouse are binned conforming to
the company purchase order specification and have the appropriate
supporting documentation.
g. Co-ordinate with Material Management section to preserve materials
received, which are flagged in QM Module for QA/QC preservation.
h. Ensuring materials are packed and stored as per specification requirements.
i. Ensure materials are binned at appropriate locations and avoid Multiple Bins.
j. Ensuring Binned material is updated in Company business system SAP in a
timely manner.
k. Ensure the safe off-loading, handling and storage of Hazardous Materials /
Chemicals and availability of MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) within the
vicinity of binned location.
l. Ensure material and equipment is stored safely, securely and preserved in
accordance with manufacturer recommendations or Preservation Procedure.
m. Co-ordinate the timely removal of expired/Damaged Materials/Spare Parts
from the stock inventory and business system after notification from
Materials Inventory section. Classification: Internal
n. Appropriate direction of employees to ensure all work is performed in a safe
manner.
o. Maximize efficiency by binning received material to facilitate easy
management of FIFO (First in First Out) system during picking process.
p. Support timely issuance of material by picking and delivering material to
issuance area in a timely manner.
q. Co-ordinate and support cycle count team to perform asset cycle count
activities.
r. Ensure the timely update of batch management in coordination with
Materials Integrity.
s. Periodic report runs for expired materials and process write-off documents in
Company System.
t. Coordinate with IWM for disposal of written-off / expired materials.
Warehouse Issuing Supervisor
a) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Science / Commerce/business administration or Diploma in Engineering with additional 3 years of experience or an

b) Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehousing environment with extensive

warehouse facility conform to company SHE requirements and State of Qatar
laws, rules, and regulations for labor.
i. Provide warehouse support for Shutdown and emergency activities through
Warehouse On-Call.
j. Accurate physical visibility of system transactions and good housekeeping.
k. Ensure accurate picking, packing, issuance, and transfer of material to the delivery
staging area.
l. Maximize the efficiency by managing FIFO (First In First Out) system during
issue process.
m. Structures and fixed equipment are properly maintained and serviceable for

n. Ensure and monitor the third-party contractor working in a warehouse as per
warehouse Operation requirements.
o. Ensure the safe off-loading/loading, handling, and storage of Hazardous

p. Ensure shutdown material issuance is done as per the priority of work order given
by shutdown material coordinator
q. Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, issuance and hand-over of all
shutdown materials to the Shutdown Team.
r. Ensure all lifting tools, prior to Issue are certified by company-Third
Party certification and verification. All Lifting equipment/tools to be issued
with Load test certificate.
Warehouse Logistics Supervisor
a) Bachelor in Commerce / Business Administration / Higher national diploma (HND) or
Diploma in Engineering from a recognized professional institution or an equivalent
Educational Qualification approved by Head of Warehouse. Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehousing environment with a minimum of 5
Years in the oil and gas sector and with at least 3 years as Logistics supervisor.
c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module.
d) Good written and oral communication skills in English.
e) Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
f) Good experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers and contractors in Oil and Gas
sector.
g) Good adaptability to multinational environments, with wide exposure to various
cultures and customs.
h) IATA and IMDG Certificate
i) Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.
b. Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, end-user focal points,
other supply organization personnel.
c. Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily
basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure
implementation.
d. Monitor performance and take adequate measures to improve.
e. Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team.
f. Ensure the safe loading/off-loading, handling and delivery of Hazardous
Materials / Chemicals and ensure availability of MSDS (Materials Safety Data
Sheet) while transporting.
g. Ensure RLIC-specific Hazardous Materials / Chemicals Transport requirements
are met during inter-facility/warehouse transfers and off-plot deliveries
h. Ensure the safe and secure delivery of chemicals and Gases to destinations
within Company designated locations.
i. Co-ordinate with nominated Maintenance sections for regular PPM and
Preservation services for logistic/lifting equipment.
j. Ensure all mechanical handling and mobile equipment within the warehouse,
such as mobile forklifts, Overhead cranes, trucks, etc., are maintained and
service records updated through monthly PPM. And ensure the periodic third-party inspection is maintained.
k. Timely delivery and return of equipment and/or parts needing repairs or
refurbishment on behalf of Maintenance Department via Warehouse
Operations as per P&Ps.
l. Notification and coordination with the Maintenance section for lifting equipment
requirements.
m. Assists with the coordination of regular PPM and Preservation services on
equipment held at the Warehouse with nominated Maintenance sections.
