Sales and Measurement consultant with excellent
interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers and will provide
complete and appropriate services for every customer in order to boost top-line
revenue growth, and customer retention levels, and hit the sales target.
Requirements and Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years experience in retail and fashion position like “Made to
measure / Bespoke / Suits / Men’s formal dress”.
· Should be able to work with high-end clients who have a wide variety if
personalities.
· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track in sales.
· Excellent selling, Negotiation, Communication, Customer Services and product
knowledge skills.
· Understand the CRM practices along with the ability to build productive
business professional relationship with customers.
· Good knowledge of MS office and POS systems.
· Ability to multi-task and respond to duty needs after regular business hours.
· Ability to relocate to different stores and work shifts.
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paces working environment
· Minimum a high school diploma in the related field, BS degree is preferred.
· Motivated and highlight organized.
· Ability to communicate with different cultural backgrounds.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Providing tailored services on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors,
styles, and fabrics that will suit the customer’s preferences, style, body
type, and price range.
· Listening to the customer’s needs and understand their individual personality
and Provide prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times.
· Following up with customers via phone or home visits and answer requests and
questions.
· Generating and pursuing customers to grow your customers base and Focuses
sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
· Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
· Complete all paperwork related to sales via handwriting, softcopy, sales
orders, managing cash processing and payments record.
· Reach out to customers through cold calling, messages.
· Achieve targets and outcomes within the schedule.
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Participate in stock management and control.
· Organize merchandise on the shop floor, attach and update price tags on
merchandise and maintain the store in a clean and neat condition.
· Effectively communicate with team members in a friendly, respectful,
cooperative, and pleasant manner, whether it be in person, by phone, or in
writing
· Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving
around the store
· Resolve customer's complaints by investigating the root cause, develop
solutions, prepare reports, and making recommendations to the management.
Participate in training meetings and workshops to develop and put new skills.
Salary:
For Junior Candidates :
3,200 QAR (Minimum) +
Accommodation + Commission.
Senior candidates based on experience
: Upto to 8,500 QAR with Commission
