Job
Title:  Digital Product Manager

 



Responsibility:

 


·       
Implements
product development roadmap for specific digital products


·       
Aligns
business objectives with customer needs to priorities features for development

 

 

·       
Creates
information architecture, site maps and other supporting documentation to brief
design and development teams and capture product specifications

 


·       
Manages prioritized task lists for product team for iterative releases

 


·       
Maintains
consistent, strong and open communications with stakeholders across the organization  


·       
Oversees
the work of professional staff, technical experts, consultants, and contractors
to develop and maintain QM’s digital products

 


·       
Collaborates
with colleagues in IT to ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to
meet the needs of the digital program

 


·       
Aligns
with QM staff across the organization in the development of digital content

 


·       
Ensure
QOMs products are designed to the highest possible UX and UI standards and
reflect QM's brand values

 


·       
Measures
and tracks results based on defined goals and KPIs, including web analytics and
SEO tracking

 


·       
Conducts
retrospectives to identify and resolve any outstanding

 


·       
Ensures
a focus on user-friendly and audience-focused experiences

 


·       
Manage
approvals processes to ensure web and app designs are approved by senior
management in a timely fashion

 



Required
Profile

 


·       
Essential:
Bachelor's degree and professional experience managing digital products,
including websites and apps

 


·       
Desirable:
Professional qualification in Agile and Lean development and/or digital project
management methodologies

 


·       
3+
years of experience with current web development practice and agile project management

 

·       
Experience
tracking and reporting on the outcome of digital projects and making data-informed
decisions

 


·       
Experience
with online ticketing and membership systems preferred

 


·       
Experienced
working with a web CMS, such as Drupal or WordPress

 


·       
Experience
in working with agile and lean development methodologies

 



Knowledge
and Skills:

 


·       
Skilled
in leading digital product teams through an agile process


·       
Knowledgeable
about Agile and Lean processes and digital project management methodologies

·       
Knowledgeable
about web development fundamentals, proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred

·       
Ability
to take on a variety of tasks as required on a small team

and able to project manage both longer-term initiatives and shorter-term

With GCC Experience Salary : 12000-14000

Without GCC Experience Salary : 9000-12000

the salaries are inclusive of Accommodation and Transportation

the candidates are extremely excellent, company can pay the same salaries (
With GCC experience) to the candidates without GCC experience as well.

flight will be provided by us
