Duties and Responsibilities of Apparel Assistant Production Manager:


Assisting
the production manager in the manufacturing of the apparel at the factory
unit
Examine
the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them
Immediately
rectify the flaws in the manufactured material.
They
are also in charge of packaging these apparels
Check
for the quality of the raw materials and standardize it
Regular
coordination with the branches which receive the orders.
They
have to assign the workers to the different department according to their
skills
Ensuring
that all the manufacturing targets have been met
Implementation
of safety procedures within the factory.
Liaise
between the management and the workers.


Assistant
Production Manager should aim for maintaining zero defects as well as to
provide satisfaction and value for the customers by contributing to minimum
number of defects

 


Skills
of Quality Manager in the Apparel Industry:


Skills in problem-solving of quality issues.
Garments measuring skill.
Quality controlling.
Good leadership skill.
Customer feedback.
Quality assurance.


 

Salaries and Benefits:

 


·       Full package 7,000 QAR


·       Accommodation (Within the Factories’ premises
at Birkkat Al Awamer)  and Transportation
will be provided by the company


·       21 days Annual paid leave as per Qatari
Labor’s Law.


·       Annual leave salary and round trip ticket will
