Job Description

Principal Software Engineer.
Role: Software Development Lead Engineer to provide in-house expertise and
guidance. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to identify issues, investigate root
causes, and craft technical solutions to meet our customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
? Establish and continuously improve Agile software development and DevOps delivery
practices for our organization.
? Manage day to day program deliverables of a Product Team consisting of Development
and Test resources. Run Scrum ceremonies to ensure Sprint objectives are achieved.
? Manage defect backlog and work with Dev teams and Business to drive appropriate
prioritization and Maintain program compliance
? Own delivery of multiple strategic initiatives: create and present roadmaps, provide
weekly status reports to stakeholders, and monthly business reviews to leadership
Desirable Requirements
? 8+ years of experience in managing and leading software engineering initiatives.
? Experience using public cloud technology and solutions including AWS, Azure, etc.
? Experience establishing and continuously improving software delivery through Agile
methodologies.
? Experience managing programs end to end: SDLC, release management, resource
planning, and budgets.
? Experience leveraging software delivery tools such as ADO/TFS and Git.
? Good knowledge of Full Stack technologies, coding standards, design patterns and
algorithms, API integration
? Stronghold on NoSQL, MySQL databases.
? Experience in integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
? Capable to architect large software from scratch
? Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams.
Based out in Delhi location.

Experience range between 8-12 years . CTC can be maximum 12-14 LPA
