 OBJECTIVE
Manage and control the entire range of L&D responsibilities for a large workforce, with a high level of
independence to ensure effective training plans and develop, implement and deliver training programs
aligned with business needs.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduation/Scholarship
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration of HR related courses / MBA / Public Relations OR any
relevant qualifications.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 2 years in Talent Management function.
Languages
English: Business proficiency

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS MEASURE CRITERIA
1. Training Need Analysis
• Develop and identify training needs and methodologies,
ensuring that Training Needs Analysis is conducted through
data collection to develop employee’s performance and
achieve the relative skills required for the job.
• Identify individual and company training needs through staff
appraisals and consultation with managers.
• Prepare and administrate all training needs as per the training
plan.

2. Develop and Deliver Training Programs
• Conceptualize and design content, format and structure of
learning and development programs.
• Prepare and deliver trainings aligned with the learning needs
analysis.
• Develop blended learning solutions using a variety of learning
methodologies.
• Execute the complete training cycle including: needs analysis,
design, development, delivery and evaluation of technical and
non-technical trainings.

3. Training Planning & Budgeting
• Recommend, propose and plan customized training programs
for all in-house and external workshops.
• Prepare reports to describe the career path and growth
potential of each department.
• Update and Maintain the Annual Training Calendar. Advise
departments accordingly for all in-house workshops.
• Identify potential training providers or institutes that meet the
Company's requirement.
• Provide training activities, expenses and evaluation.
• Plan, monitor and control the training budget.

4. Evaluations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, using
survey tools, in order to provide productive training program
each years.
• Monitor monthly performance of employees and ensure the
right measures are taken.

5. Administration
• Take responsibility for ensuring all training rooms / venues,
equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements
are booked or canceled in advance.

• Responsible for all communication related training course to
the delegates / managers in advance of training courses.
• Ensure approval of training supplier / course content is
obtained.
• Ensure attendance of participants, and their training materials
distribution.
• Ensure the delivery of certificates to all participants.
• Prepare and administrate all training needs as per the training
plan.
• Arrange and identify best accommodation in terms of cost and
training location wise for all external training programs.
• Ensure training data updating and prepare related statistics.
• Present the training program and achievements.
• Prepare internal and external reports
  HSE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrate, by example, commitment to HSE.
• Participate visibly in activities for implementing and improving the HSE management system.
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety.
• Efficiently use the resources available.
• Report all HSE hazards, accidents, incidents and deviations with actual or potential loss.
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures.
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessment.
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow the Food Safety Golden Rules and FSQ Policy
• Comply with company’s procedures, work instructions and guidelines and ensure that respective
employees/subordinates are trained and retrained;
• Comply with all current and applicable personnel / food safety regulations and procedures and
participate actively in food safety program instituted by the company;
• Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity and keep customers safe
• Report problems /changes related to FSQ management system to direct supervisor and FS team;
• Comply with the Food Fraud and Food Defense requirements established.
• Report suspicious acts as per Food Defense and Food Fraud Procedure
• Attend the mandatory and refresher FSQ trainings as per the schedule
