Reporting to Director
Warehouse Analyst Production excellence Supervisor.
OBJECTIVE
To maintain and secure all commodities received, stored and dispatched in compliance with Al Wafi
Factory, by accounting the actual received physically against system, put away and pick materials at
correct location then issuance to production and Maintenance, loading of finished products,
maintaining proper documentation in the warehouse, inventory and control, coordinating with other
related department of the Factory and participating in development of sub-ordinate, in order to ensure
the continuous high quality of services of the Factory

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduation/Scholarship
? High school diploma
Experience
? 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics working in cold and ambient storage,
minimum 1 or 2 years in handling food products/commodities or any other materials.
 Languages
? English: Basic
? Hindi - Optional
Specific Knowledge and Skills
? Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge driving the MHE ( material handling equipment – reach Truck & Forklift)
? Technical Skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel) - Basic
- SAP knowledge is advantage
- Forklift Driving License

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS MEASURE CRITERIA
1. Financial
• Maintain the Warehouse/cold store Inventory Records
Accuracy and sustainable inventory control &
management system
• Manage the warehouse dry and cold store operations
capabilities and process in order to maximize the
utilization of the warehouse resources

• Implement the Health and Safety program for the cold
and dry stores
• Spread to the team the corporate management culture

3. Customer and Service Level
• Follow policies regarding warehouse Order
management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible
& efficient manner to achieve operational excellence &
make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused
manner.
• Maintain the % punctuality of dispatching above 95%
of the agreed cut off time
• Involve & Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies
and strategies

4. Material Handling
• Ensure proper handling of chemical products.
• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack
them to assigned location and pick as per the picking
list issued by Warehouse Analyst and Tally Clerk
• Inspect Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to
determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety
by performing regular checking as per approved
checklist
