Responsibilities

• Assist all outside vendors with property requirements

• Manage property inventory

• Solve all maintenance & requests filed by property inhabitants and on property Personnel

• Supervise all property staff

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of property experience in Hospitality Industry

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

• IT Knowledge, in Hospitality industry

• Marketing Skills
