About the role
 As a Tech Lead at DaMensch you will own the technology implementation of a particular
business unit and will be responsible for designing and developing technical architecture
and will be accountable for end-to-end engineering delivery. You will also lead a team will
make sure that their work is up to the mark. You will also be responsible for all the codecommits and building amazing engineering practices so that the code base remains clean. 

Requirements:

• Having 6-12 years of experience in software development.

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working on WooCommerce with
WordPress.

• Must have hands-on experience working with Core PHP.

• Must have hands-on experience on designing hooks based microservices on
WordPress or Slim.

• Must have hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB and Redis or any cache.

• Must be proficient in Data Structures with hands-on experience in coding.

• Must have hands-on experience working with AWS or other cloud technologies.

• Expert in building highly scalable systems.

• Amazing at building microservice architecture.

Good to have
 • Working experience with JavaScript technology like – ReactJS.

• Working experience with other PHP Frameworks like – Laravel or Slim.
 • Working experience with experience with Docker, or Kubernetes.
 • Working experience with ELK Stack.

What you will be doing:

• Actively coding along-side the tech-team when and where needed.
 • Designing highly scalable database design.

• Designing high-level system architecture, improving existing implementations.
 • Designing, reviewing, and maintaining code-level integrations and consistency.

• Actively building POCs whenever needed for a new project.
 • Work with Tech Leads to make sure, that the architectural implementations are in
place.

• Making sure that there is no down-time of the application

• Be the first fire-fighter in case of technical emergency, defined but not restricted to
Downtime of services, websites, hacking attempts, etc.

• Evaluating technical feasibility of requirements from Architecture point of view.

• Building reusable architecture and components which can used cross platform.
